Enchanting Milanese

Italians are known for their "Stehcafé" - they buy an espresso at the bar, often for less than 1 EUR and in an instant they empty the cup. A architecture & design magazine placed design pieces in bars and restaurants in the City of Design, Milan.

This page caught my eye. I love how the elderly people interact with the stool. As if the woman was thinking "what a silly barstool this is". And can you sense the politeness of the elderly man, the way he touches the barstool?

It's things like that that truly entertain me.
